ABOUT

I have worked as a psychologist for over 20 years, and during that time I have developed a passion for understanding human nature and supporting people to make sense of themselves.

I have worked in the NHS and local community settings with a range of psychological issues from anxiety and depression to OCD and psychosis.

I now work solely in private practice from my clinic room in Pocklington (face to face) and online.

Online therapy can be very effective as well as being conveinent and flexible. I am also able to offer trauma therapy online (e.g. EMDR - eye-movement desensitisation reprocessing).

INSURANCE

I accept nearly all major insurance plans.

I offer therapy under a range of insurance policies including AXA and Vitality Health. Please contact me to check if your insurance provider is covered.

I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance under the insurance company Howden.
